QUOTATIONS AND RESERVATIONS:
Please request your quotation at info@autonoleggiogianni.it. The client will receive an e-mail that’ll include all potential additional expenses, such as supplements on the standard tariffs for holidays or night transfers. Standard tariffs include gas and motorway tolls in Italy, but do not include motorway tolls outside of Italy, ferry and tunnel fees, parking fees, complementary services, and entrance historic city centers or controlled traffic zones (ZTL).
VAT rate applied by law.
The tariff for extra-urban transfers without stops is calculated per kilometer.
PRICE SUPPLEMENTS:
Sundays and public holidays: Christmas, August 15th, New Year’s Eve, etc.… : 50% supplements on the standard tariff.
Night transfer (from 10 pm to 07 am): 20% supplement on the standard tariff.
Upon specific request, English speaking drivers are available.
TRANSFER ARRANGEMENTS
The driver, holding a sign with the client’s name or their society’s written upon, will meet the client:
1) Airport: by the passengers’ exit, in the arrival lounge after customs;
2) Railway station: at the agreed-upon spot;
3) Harbor: at the docks area where the passengers disembark;
4) City: at the agreed-upon location indicated on the reservation.
Autonoleggio Gianni partners with other Taxi and car-hire with driver companies that maintain the same quality and service standards. Autonoleggio Gianni can avail itself of these partners’ collaboration to provide its services, should it consider it appropriate
PAYMENT METHODS:
Credit cards accepted: Visa – MasterCard – American Express. Upon confirmation of the requested services, the client shall communicate:
1) Credit card number;
2) Expiration date;
3) Full name of the owner;
4) Security code on the back of the card, both as a guarantee of payment and as direct debit authorization upon completion of service.
Bank transfer to Autonoleggio Gianni S.r.L. at BANCO POPOLARE di MILANO, Santa Margherita Ligure Branch, Caprera Square, 22 – IBAN: IT47 J 05034 32180 000000002488, SWIFT: BA PP IT 21 R 87.
The payment shall be made at least 6 days before the service date. The day before the service date shall be indicated as the value date. The client shall receive the invoice upon e-mailing a copy of the bank transfer receipt.
Direct cash payment.
INVOICING:
Upon the client’s request on the reservation, the entire cost of the services can be invoiced to the client. Please communicate full name, business name, invoice address and VAT rate.
CLIENT’S BEHAVIOUR:
Clients may not:
1) Smoke in the vehicle.
2) Throw anything out of the window.
3) Dirty or damage the vehicle
4) Request anything that breaks the rules of safety and conduct established by traffic laws.
LUGGAGE TRANSPORT:
Each passenger can take with them 1 large suitcase or 2 smaller ones. Every extra (e.g.: ski and sporting equipment) shall be communicated upon reservation, to select the best-suited vehicle.
Loading undeclared bulky or extra luggage or luggage that doesn’t meet security transport requirements (e.g.: luggage that is damaged, dirty, wet, etc…) shall be at the discretion of the driver.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES:
The client may cancel their reservation by e-mail. Cancelation of service or complementary services is accepted without penalty up to 12 hours before the appointment. Clients who cancel their reservation up to 6 hours before the appointment shall receive a penalty equal to 50% of the service cost.
In the event of a canceled flight or departure delayed for more than 30 minutes, the client shall inform us on our phone number, so that we may guarantee our driver’s presence upon the client’s arrival.
Our drivers are obligated to wait for the client’s arrival at the appointment site for no longer than an hour. After that time without any update from the client, the driver shall be called off and the entire cost of the service charged to the client.
Changes to a previous reservation (e.g.: variations to the appointment time, vehicle change, route, service duration) will be considered and applied if possible.
LIABILITIES:
Autonoleggio Gianni shall put every reasonable effort in making sure vehicles – or vehicles belonging to partners – depart and arrive on time. However, Autonoleggio Gianni cannot be liable for delays caused by reasons of force majeure.
Passengers’ properties are transported entirely under the liability of the passenger who declares ownership when boarding. Passengers shall check that the entirety of their baggage is loaded upon departure. Autonoleggio Gianni cannot be liable for loss, theft, or damage to baggage. All baggage is transported under the client’s liability.
COMPLAINTS:
Any complaints ascribable to our services must be addressed in writing to info@autonoleggiogianni.it. We shall see to it that any disservice and loss is addressed with celerity and to the client’s satisfaction.
These transport conditions and all services rendered comply with the laws on the sale of services in Italy, safeguarding both the client and their baggage.
